Let Them Learn Oregon is an organization devoted to providing the freedom of schooling your child as you wish without state interference. Their goal is to get these measures on the ballot so you can vote!
“School Choice” provides state funds for private, religious, homeschool, tuition/other education expenses when parent declines K-12 public school; funding based on public school distributions.
“Open Enrollment” allows a parent to select any public/charter school statewide; district must admit student, space permitting.
